Pregnancy Yoga Newbridge
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Your body is experiencing many hormonal and physical changes throughout your pregnancy. A Pre- Natal yoga class can help you to find balance as it supports the different stages of your changing body.
You will learn relaxation techniques to help you unwind and reduce stress during your pregnancy through gentle stretches and breathing practices suitable for pregnancy.
Develop confidence in your natural ability to give birth to your baby.
We also learn gentle stretches and breathing techniques which will empower you to experience an active birth during labour.
The class always ends with a nice deep guided relaxation exercise.
Yoga babies tend to be more chilled out as Mum is relaxed during pregnancy.
You are encouraged to use blocks, cushions and bolsters during the class for your comfort and enjoyment.
A Pre- Natal Yoga class suitable for women from 16 weeks of pregnancy up to your due date.
