Many people are interested in meditation but complain they find it hard to sit still and focus for meditation but did you know that yoga can also be practised as a meditation? Perfect for 'monkey minded' and 'antsy pantsy' people who would still love to know how to meditate.
Wednesday 27th of November: Stress buster Yoga
Learn some yogic tools to enable you to stay clam and focused during the Christmas Rush. In this workshop we will focus on how our breath is the first indicator that our stress levels are on the rise - and how to bring them right back down again. A workshop for everyone.
Of course you can also purchase your 6 class pass anytime to suit your schedule. Morning and evening Hatha Yoga classes available.
Yoga is a physical practise that balances the mind, endocrine and energetic systems of the body by connecting the breath to movement in Asana postures , which results in toning and conditioning the muscular structure, and a release of toxins in the organs in the body amongst many other body balancing benefits - it is a completely different experience to a Pilates practise.
You will also learn techniques that will help you to manage stress and anxiety even when you are 'on the go'.
It is also a very useful practise to empower you to manage the symptoms of mild depression, anxiety, stress and burn out by restoring a feeling of well being, energy and positivity.
